Every three months, you'll have the opportunity to add items to your subscription shipment. These items will be discounted by 10% and ship for free with your subscription. One week prior to your subscription shipment, you'll receive a notification e-mail to add items to your shipment if you would like.

We have gift options for both our New Yoto and New Book Subscription plans. Our gift subscriptions are the perfect way to keep growing readers connected to God's word all year long.

At this time, we can only offer our subscriptions for the United States and Puerto Rico.

All of our subscriptions ship every three months. Our "You Choose" Subscription schedule is based on when you begin your subscription. For example, if you begin your "You Choose" subscription on November 24th, you first book will ship within 24 hours, and your next books will ship on February 24th, May 24th, August 24th, etc.

Our "New Book" and "New Yoto Card" Subscriptions ship the first week of December, March, June, and September.

In your customer portal, you'll be able to make your selections any time. However, we will remind you one week prior to your shipment to make your selection if you haven't already.

You'll have easy access to update your subscription whenever you'd like through an intuitive customer portal. You'll receive information to access this portal after you subscribe.

If you ever need to update your credit or debit card information for your subscription, you'll have easy access to this through our customer portal. You will have access to this once you subscribe.

After purchasing, you will receive a link to manage your subscription through our intuitive customer portal. If you can't find that email, no worries! On the upper right hand side of our website, click on the person icon, and you will be able to access your subscriptions from there.

While we hope this never happens 😉, we do understand that life situations change and children may outgrow our products. You are welcome to cancel anytime, however we will not be able to refund the balance of prepaid Annual or Gift Subscriptions.
